Operative words

That the Public Health State of Emergency declared by Executive Order 03.14.20.01, which is set to expire on Monday, April 13, 2020 at 11:59 P.M., shall be renewed for thirty (30) days.... That Executive Orders 04.02.20.01, 04.03.20.01, and 04.03.20.02 which are set to expire on Monday, April 13, 2020, at 11:59 P.M. are hereby extended for a period of seventeen (17) days, and shall expire on Thursday, April 30, 2020, at 11:59 P.M.
