Operative words
The following businesses within the State of Idaho are required to remain closed except to perform Minimum Basic Operations...: a. Nightclubs; and b. Large venues (concert venues, sporting venues, parades, festivals, etc.) (§ 3). Gatherings of more than 50 people, both public and private, should be avoided (§ 4). NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL CAN RESUME. Employers shall [distancing, sanitation, disinfection] (§ 7.c).
