Operative words
Effective June 29, 2020, the March 17, 2020 Public-Facing Businesses Order (as amended) shall no longer apply to the following businesses or entities: (1) Public swimming and bathing facilities; (2) Venus and event spaces; and (3) Youth sports (expanded activities). The businesses or entities identified in this paragraph must, in addition to the minimum requirements for all entities... implement and follow the specific Requirements... Restaurants and bars must: Limit the number of customers present in any given establishment to 50% of the maximum permitted occupancy... Ensure employees wear face masks for any interactions with customers
