Section 1.... (2) Contrary provisions of any section of the Kentucky Revised Statutes notwithstanding, the administrative regulation referenced in subsection (1) of this section [902 KAR 2:213E] shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of the effective date of this Act.... Section 2.... 702 KAR 1:195E, Face Coverings in School Facilities... shall be null, void, and unenforceable as of the effective date of this Act.... Each school district shall submit its COVID-19 school [plan for masking, contact tracing, and quarantining]... Section 4. (1) Within 14 days of the effective date of this Act, the Department for Public Health shall develop a COVID-19 'test to stay' model school plan... [superintendents may assign a] school, grade, classroom, or student group level to remote instruction due to significant absences... no longer than is [necessary; not] more than 20 days
