1. Petit Jurors and Jury Trials. Jury trials may be held if the trial judge determines in his or her discretion, after having considered local public health conditions and the health and safety requirements established by the Supreme Court in Administrative Order 2021-27, that it is advisable.... 2. Postponements and Excusals.... Any jurors who are ill, are at an increased risk of severe illness from COVID-19 or have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 10 days... shall have their service postponed or be excused... B. CIVIL MATTERS 1. Evictions.... ii. Following the initial hearing, all eviction proceedings shall be held in abeyance for fourteen [days]
