SECTION 2: STAY AT HOME ORDER... all individuals within the state of Louisiana are under a general stay-at-home order and are directed to stay home unless performing an essential activity... SECTION 13: Unless otherwise provided in this order, these provisions are effective from Thursday, April 2, 2020 to Thursday, April 30, 2020, or as extended by any subsequent Proclamation, unless terminated sooner.
