All Nursing Facilities licensed in Louisiana, All Adult Residential Care Providers licensed in Louisiana, and all Intermediate Care Facilities for Persons with Developmental Disabilities (ICF/DDs) are mandated and directed to follow the provisions of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), QSO-20-39-NH, entitled 'Nursing Home Visitation - COVID-19', as issued on September 17, 2020....
