Religious Facility at any one time shall not exceed 75% of that Religious Facility's Maximum Occupancy;... Retail Establishment... shall not exceed 75%...; Personal Services Establishment... 50%; Indoor Recreation Establishment... 50%; Foodservice Establishment... 50%; Fitness Center... 50%; Gaming Facility... 50%; III.j. Theaters and Outdoor Entertainment Venues.... theatres... where live performances occur or motion pictures are shown indoors ("Indoor Theaters") may open to the general public; provided... shall not exceed the lesser of (i) 50% of that Indoor Theater's Maximum Occupancy [or 100 persons per auditorium]...; Outdoor Entertainment Venues... the lesser of (i) 50% of that Outdoor Entertainment Venue's Maximum Occupancy [or 250 persons]; senior citizen activities centers shall remain closed
