Notes
Recites Kemp EO 06.29.20.02 (gatherings over 50 prohibited; face coverings 'strongly encouraged'; higher-risk shelter in place) and reasons that the Governor's order 'does not contain a requirement or a prohibition concerning the use of masks.' Governor Kemp filed Kemp v. Bottoms, Fulton Super. Ct. No. 2020cv338387, on July 16, 2020 challenging this order and EO 2020-114 (Ex. MET-ATL-004).
