IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no group in excess of 50 persons shall gather on any City-owned right-of-way, park, square, sidewalk or City-owned property [weddings excepted, with distancing and masks]; all City-owned community centers are closed to the public effective September 3, 2021; all City-owned buildings [except the Coastal Georgia Center] are closed to the public until further notice; all public events scheduled at the Savannah Civic Center through September 30, 2021 are cancelled; all City permits for events in public spaces are REVOKED through September 30, 2021 and no new permits shall issue until further notice (as read from the scanned order)
