Operative words
SECTION 2. Effective as of 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, 2020, and continuing until May 1, 2020, unless terminated or modified by a subsequent Order, the County Judge of [Travis County deems it in the public interest to PROHIBIT social gatherings of more than 10 people and gatherings of more than 10 people for other than social purposes unless Social Distancing can be maintained and controlled]... SECTION 4. Our community's Critical Infrastructure as designated in Exhibit B are ORDERED to continue operating and to comply with the obligations set forth in Exhibit B. SECTION 5. Food establishments are ORDERED to close indoor or outdoor common dining areas until May 1, 2020... [bars] PROHIBITED from allowing consumption on the bar premises until May 1, 2020. SECTION 7. The County Judge SUSPENDS all deadlines imposed by local law, rule, [or other regulation until May 1, 2020].
