2020: 'The City of Austin has cancelled the March dates for SXSW and SXSW EDU. SXSW will faithfully follow the City's directions.' The Travis County disaster declaration of Mar. 6, 2020 recited SXSW and the spring festival period (Ex. MET-AUS-035). 2021: 'SXSW Online: March 16-20, 2021' with 'Over 230 Conference Sessions' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-102); no in-person event in Austin. Usual dates: Mid-March (ten days). Scale: 'the first time in 34 years that the March event will not take place' (Ex. SEC-17-GM-093).
