County Judge Emergency Order 2021-09a issued August 13, 2021, requiring the wearing of face coverings at designated County Facilities is TERMINATED.... [Recital:] the purpose of this Order is to terminate the County Judge Order No. 2021-09a issued August 13, 2021 that required the wearing of a face coverings in designated County facilities, with associated penalties, due to updated guidance from the CDC and Austin Public Health and the area moving to Stage 2.
