Operative words

All restaurants, bars, nightclubs, adult entertainment, breweries, tour boat dining, and other similar establishments that sell food or beverages for consumption on-premises and Social Clubs... ('Foodservice Establishments') are permitted to open at 25% Maximum Capacity for indoor dining and 50% Maximum Capacity for outdoor dining... shall... not serve customers who are not seated... maintain a sign in sheet with the name and contact number of each patron and staff member
