Retail Stores... may be open to members of the general public but must adhe[re]... Enclosed shopping malls shall remain closed... Beauty salons and barbershops only may open to the general public. Beauty salons may only provide hair services... Religious Facilities... may hold services or ceremonies indoors, but must adhere to the existing large gathering restrictions and have no more than 10 people... The local Health Officer may issue orders modifying any business operation or closing any unsafe facility

Enforcement

Each law enforcement officer and local Health Officer of the County shall execute and enforce this Executive Order.
