Operative words

The local limitations or restrictions arising out of the COVID-19 pandemic and [imposed by the Executive Orders identified] herein, are hereby terminated; provided, however, that the 'Criteria for Reopening Restaurants and [Bars' outdoor-seating provisions continue]... This Executive Order No. 46 shall take effect at 5:00 p.m. on April 27, 2021.

Notes

Outdoor seating: 'Up to 50% of the facilities approved capacity can be used for outside seating' continues.
