This Executive Order shall take effect as of noon on Friday, December 31, 2021, and shall continue until terminated by a subsequent Executive Order, or the local proclamation of emergency expires or is terminated, or extended by ordinance of the County Council, or January 7, 2022... WHEREAS, the Governor's proclamation was in effect until July 1, 2021, when it was rescinded; [the county emergency] was terminated on June 9, 2021, by Bill No. 55-21
