Howard County Executive Order No. 2020-19 and... No. 2020-20 are resinded and provisions of State Executive Order Number 21-01-28-01 shall apply... except that effective Friday, February 19, 2021 at 5:00 p.m., social gatherings shall be limited as follows: a. Indoor social gatherings of more than 10 people are prohibited; and b. Outdoor social gatherings of more than 25 people are prohibited... the maximum occupancy for Howard County businesses... shall be calculated using guidance... issued by the Howard County Department of Fire and Rescue Services, Office of the Fire Marshall.
