Notes

Section 1(a) defines Face Covering; Section 2 lists exemptions (residence, children twelve and under, medical intolerance without documentation, private vehicles, persons working alone). Every later MPHD business order incorporates Order 8 by reference (e.g., Order 13: customers shall follow Order 8 except when seated and consuming food or beverage).
