Operative words

18. Effective Date and Term. This Order shall be effective at Midnight, on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 and shall remain in effect until 11:59 p.m. on June 1, 2020, unless otherwise extended in the best interest of public health and safety. 19. Supersedes Previous Order. This Order shall supersede the directives of Executive Order No. 13-2020.
