Operative words

the Mayor, in consultation with the City Manager and the Health Commissioner, declares a public danger and emergency under Article III of the Cincinnati Charter and Article XVIII of the Administrative Code for the limited purpose of addressing public health concerns and related City operational needs that have arisen as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. This declaration and related emergency orders shall continue in effect until the sooner of (a) the end of Governor DeWine's declaration of statewide emergency or (b) termination of this Declaration.
