5. The hours of operation for the General Division will be 8:00am - 3:00pm until further order of the Court.... 9. Beginning June 1, 2020, through December 31, 2020, the Court will operate utilizing a rotating docket schedule... No in-person proceedings shall be held during a non-scheduled week.... 10. All garnishment proceedings will resume June 1, 2020.
