Operative words

SECTION 3. That existing SECTIONS 4 & 6 of Ordinance 1634-2020 [sic] are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure and upon signature by the Mayor shall take full force and effect at 8:00am on Tuesday July 28, 2020 and shall remain in effect until such time as all governing public health orders associated with the COVID-19 pandemic expire.

Notes

Replaced §§ 4 and 6 (the individual mandate and the exemptions) to track the ODH Director's Order for Facial Coverings of July 23, 2020; the business-enforcement provisions (§§ 5, 7-9) of Ord. 1643-2020 continued unchanged.
