The release records that 'all four central Ohio hospital systems' had imposed the same requirement (OhioHealth, Mount Carmel, Nationwide Children's, OSU Wexner). Franklin County's Board of Commissioners (proof by Oct. 18, 2021 or twice-weekly testing; 1,400 employees) and the Franklin County Recorder (testing from Sept. 7, 2021) imposed parallel rules (WCMH-TV, Sept. 14, 2021).
