Operative words

A. Effective September 22 through October 19, 2021, the following categories of 'Designated Businesses and Operations' listed and defined in Exhibit B of the [Order are closed]: 35. Indoor Events 36. Outdoor Events I 37. Outdoor Events II... C. Effective September 22 through October 19, 2021, the Outdoor Events III [category is closed]... D. Effective September 22 through October 19, 2021, all death related events [are limited to ten] persons indoors and twenty-five (25) persons outdoors.... Order 3: Gatherings. A. Indoor social gatherings of more than ten (10) and outdoor social gatherings of [more than twenty-five (25) individuals are prohibited]... Order 4: Individuals using public transit must comply with applicable Social Distancing [Requirements].

Misdemeanor; fines up to $5,000, up to a year in jail, or both; liquor licensees referred to the Liquor Commission
