I ordered, effective 12:00 AM on July 24, 2020, that all bars and nightclubs must be closed. (See Marion County Public Health Order 22-2020.) This Public Health Order 25-2020 clarifies the meaning of 'bars and nightclubs' in paragraphs 9 and 11 for Public Health Order 22-2020.
