Operative words

Shopping malls and other retail stores, including liquor stores and convenience stores, may remain open at 75% capacity. Employees must be screened daily.... Common areas within indoor shopping malls must restrict capacity to 50%.... Restaurants or retail food establishments that are not age-restricted... may remain open for indoor dining at 50% capacity.... Unless otherwise specified in this Public Health Order 29-2020, the restrictions imposed by Governor Holcomb's Executive Orders, 20-32, 20-35, and 20-36 apply unless superseded by a later Executive Order issued by Governor Holcomb.

Notes

Paragraph 5 recommends a 14-day quarantine after travel from high-incidence states. Paragraph 31: residents 65 and older and high-risk persons should stay home and telecommute if possible.
