Operative words

All individuals age two (2) and older are required to wear protective facial coverings properly by covering the nose and mouth while in one of Courthouses.... All individuals or household units must maintain six (6) feet social distance between themselves and others at all times. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Marion County Sheriff shall enforce this Order complying with ADA requirements. This order shall be effective until further order of the Marion Circuit Court.
