Operative words
beginning Tuesday, March 24, residents will be directed to stay at home except for essential needs. All jurisdictions will issue orders that will stay in effect for 30 days from the effective date of March 24 (Core 4 announcement of Mar. 21, 2020, Ex. MET-KC-058); the Jackson County Executive was among a regional leadership group that announced a Stay-At-Home Order... that will go in effect at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 and remain in effect for at least 30 days and that during this time all non-essential businesses will be closed and all non-essential personnel will be asked to work from home (16th Cir. AO 2020-064, Ex. MET-KC-052)
