WHEREAS, on March 31, 2020, the Board ratified the Chair's Executive Order... WHEREAS, on April 14, 2020, the Board further amended the Executive Order... WHEREAS, on May 12, 2020, the Board approved... an Amended and Restated Executive Order that extended the Protections Period through June 30, 2020... on June 23, 2020, the Board extended the Protections Period through July 31, 2020... on September 1, 2020, the Board extended the Protections Period through... on January 5, 2021, the Board extended the Protections, where not preempted, through February 28, 2021... on February 23, 2021, the Board extended the Protections Period, where not preempted, through June 30, 2021... [and] extended the Protections through January 31, 2022... FOR COMMERCIAL TENANTS, THERE SHALL BE NO FURTHER EVICTION PROTECTIONS AFTER JANUARY 31, 2022.
