Operative words

As of March 14, 2021, Los Angeles County, including Long Beach, will be assigned the 'Substantial - Red Tier' (Red Tier) under the Blueprint. This Order allows certain sectors, businesses and activities in the Red Tier to operate with modifications. This Order takes effect on March 15, 2021 at 12:01 am. This Order is also issued to ensure that City residents remain in their residences except as permitted in this Order... Indoor occupancy at gym and fitness facilities must be limited to 10% of maximum occupancy... [indoor lectures] limited to 25% of maximum occupancy or 100 [persons]
