Operative words

The State will retain responsibility for maintaining essential baseline mitigation measures that will remain in place even after May 1, 2021.... Clark County's Local Mitigation and Enforcement Plan must include endorsements from the following entities: Local Health District/Authority; Superintendent for the local school district; City Managers (for cities with a population over 100,000); and Nevada Hospital Association and/or Nevada Rural Hospital Association. The completed plan must be approved by a vote of the Board of County Commissioners. The State Task Force will conduct a final review of Clark County's plan to provide feedback and recommendations during a public meeting on April 22, 2021.
