Operative words

In keeping with the Governor's announcement and the policy of Clark County, all District Court judges and employees are required to wear face coverings at all times while in the workplace except while eating or drinking during breaks (AO 20-24). 'Clark County also issued a requirement for employees to wear face coverings at all times' (AO 21-03, 21-04). 'Clark County is also reverting to its previous mask requirements and is now requiring all Clark County employees to wear a mask when in common or public areas in Clark County facilities' (AO 21-05, July 19, 2021).
