Operative words
Indoor Gathering Size Limits are set at the lesser of: (i) 75% of the total occupancy... (ii) one person for every 30 square feet... or (iii) 750 individuals... [Restaurants and bars] shall limit the total number of individuals on the premises to the lesser of 50% of the total [occupancy or one person per 30 square feet]... This Order shall become effective May 20th, 2021 at 12:01am. This Order shall remain in effect until June 1st, 2021 at 12:01am. Upon expiration of this Order on June 1st, 2021 at 12:01am, all prior Moving Milwaukee Forward Safely health and safety orders and any prior city-wide orders issued by the Milwaukee Health Department related to the subject-matter discussed herein shall be [withdrawn].
