Operative words

Executive Order 2020-10 is hereby extended, subject to the Governor's Executive Order 20-99 and any other local, state or federal law impacting food and beverage service for onsite consumption. For the avoidance of doubt, City of Saint Paul businesses remain subject to the Governor's Executive Order 20-99, which pauses all food and beverage service for all onsite consumption, whether indoors or outdoors.
