Operative words

Revisions to the county's face coverings policy are now in effect, following discussion and a vote by the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners on May 18.... Face coverings and social distancing will continue to be required of all visitors while indoors at Ramsey County facilities and of staff while indoors in a shared space with others. New federal and state guidance provides organizations, businesses and local governments with the authority and flexibility to maintain their own masking requirements.

Notes

County confirmation that the State's May 14, 2021 lifting left local governments free to keep masking rules.
