(county FAQ) 'Every person working, living, visiting, or doing business in Osceola County is required to wear a cloth facial covering consistent with the current CDC guidelines while in any public place or face a penalty.'

Enforcement

Noncriminal infraction enforced by the Osceola County Sheriff, Kissimmee and St. Cloud police and county code enforcement; warning for the first offense, $25 citation for the second and third, $50 for each thereafter
