Operative words
Section 1. Enforceability. Executive Order 20-91, and any amendments thereafter, shall be enforceable... [within Seminole County by county and municipal law enforcement and code enforcement]. Section 3. Applicability. This Order is in addition to the Executive Orders issued by Governor DeSantis.
