Operative words

Due to the number of new daily cases and positivity rates in both Orange and Osceola Counties continuing to decrease, and the low rate of community spread, the requirement that face masks must be worn at all times in the public spaces of all court facilities, including courtrooms and during in-person court proceedings may be discontinued at this time.... ORDERED, effective 12:01 a.m. on November 1, 2021:... (2) All individuals who choose to wear a mask in any location within any court facility will be permitted to do so.... (3) For cases in jury selection or trial as of the effective date of this Order, the Presiding Judge will have the discretion to continue the mask requirement... (4)... the wearing of face masks will continue to be required for all court proceedings conducted at both the BRC and the JDC...

Its recital establishes that a requirement that 'face masks must be worn at all times in the public spaces of all court facilities, including courtrooms and during in-person court proceedings' was in force until 12:01 a.m. on November 1, 2021, i.e., throughout the latter part of Q3 2021 (reinstated by AO 2020-06-12, August 2021).
