UPDATE June 17 - Multnomah County has been approved to move into Phase 1 on June 19, 2020.... Multnomah County is on track to submit its proposal for reopening Friday, June 5, pending a Board vote.... The State or Oregon's standards for when regions can reopen are largely driven by rates of hospitalization.
Enforcement
EO 20-25 and 20-27 enforcement (State instruments)
Notes
Records the County's June 5 submission, the 133-person case-investigation staffing, drive-through testing and the June 19 Phase 1 date. MET-PDX-016 recites that the County 'included a mask requirement as part of its plans to lift restrictions' in June 2020 and that the State mandate took effect June 24, 2020 in seven counties including Multnomah.
