Operative words
Metro and Portland'5 Centers for the Arts will require audiences to provide proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 48 hours for admission to events. Portland'5 Centers for the Arts welcome audiences of all ages, including those 12 and younger who cannot yet be vaccinated. As an added protection to the community all five theaters will also require that all employees and guests wear masks indoors.... The City of Portland owns the Portland'5 Center for the Arts facilities... Metro manages the operations of the five theaters.
Enforcement
Admission condition at publicly owned venues (refusal of entry); no penalty provision
Notes
A governmental venue operator's condition on entry in the third quarter of 2021, parallel to the private-venue and Seattle-area vaccination-verification orders. Distinguish from an order of a health officer: this binds users of Metro's venues, not the public at large.
Retrieval noteMetro's own release is the operative statement of the venue requirement; no separate resolution or ordinance was located. Level coded 'county' for a regional government spanning three counties (no closer code in the schema).
