Operative words
Section 1. Vancouver Police Department Building Closures. Section 5 of Emergency Order No. 2020-03 is amended as follows. All Vancouver Police Department buildings are hereby closed to the public throughout the duration of this Emergency Order. Fire station tours and public access remain suspended pursuant to Emergency Order No. 2020-02. Section 2. Access to Non-Emergency Law Enforcement Services by Appointment Only.... Throughout the duration of this Emergency Order, members of the public may make reports and schedule non-emergency appointments with the Vancouver Police Department, if such appointments are necessary to comply with a court order or other legal mandate and in compliance with the Governor's Stay Home Stay Healthy order.... Section 3. Duration.... this Emergency Order is hereby effective immediately and shall remain in effect until April 30, 2020, at 23:59 hours.
