Operative words

All schools within the jurisdiction of the Public Health Officer of the County of Riverside including, but not limited to, all preschools, K-12 public, private and charter schools, community colleges, public, private, nonprofit, and for-profit colleges and universities are closed beginning March 16, 2020 and shall remain closed through June 19, 2020 inclusive, pending further order of the Public Health Officer. This order supersedes the prior order of March 17, 2020.... Daycare and childcare facilities shall operate under the following mandatory conditions: A. Childcare must be carried out in stable groups of 12 or fewer...
