Operative words
Order: Pursuant to my authority under section 120175 of the California Health and Safety Code, I hereby order the following diseases and conditions to be added to the Reportable Diseases and Conditions lists: 2500 (Healthcare Providers and Administrators of Healthcare Facilities) Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19); 2505 (Laboratories) SARS-CoV-2 Virus.... The Confidential Morbidity Report (CMR) must be received by the Communicable Disease Section (CDS) within one day of identification. Duration of Order: This Order will remain in effect until rescinded by the Health Officer.
