Operative words
This order shall be Effective 12:00 am on June 15, 2021. This order supersedes and replaces related Orders dated May 8, 2020 titled 'Requirements for All Individuals Entering Certain Licensed Facilities and Other Agencies Who Are Not A Patient, Existing Resident or New Resident'. 1. Self-Evaluation and Screenings. a. For non-licensed entities and other agencies listed in Attachment A i. All staff, service providers, vendors or contractors are encouraged to provide screenings at the entrance to the organization... b. Licensed Entities and Other Agencies listed in Attachment A i. All staff, service providers, vendors or contractors shall follow the guidance outlined in the March 3, 2020 California Department of Public Health All Facilities Letter (AFL) 20-17 titled 'Guidance for Healthcare Facilities on Preparing for Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19)', including, all subsequent repeals and/or amendments. 2. Face Coverings. The County of San Bernardino will follow the guidelines set forth by the California Department of Public Health.... 9. Enforcement Authority. Violation of or failure to comply with this Order is a crime punishable by fine, imprisonment, or both.... The violation of any provision of this Order constitutes an imminent threat to public health and is a crime punishable by up to a $1,000 fine or imprisonment up to 90 days, or both.
