Operative words

All individuals who have been diagnosed with or who are likely to have COVID-19 must isolate themselves.... Isolate themselves in their home or another residence until: (a) at least 10 days since symptoms first appeared, AND (b), at least 24 hours with no fever without the use of fever-reducing medication, AND (c) other symptoms have improved. Until this time, they may not leave their place of isolation or enter any other public or private place, except to receive necessary medical care.

Notes

Applies to every employer's infected workers other than critical infrastructure workers, who 'should follow guidelines specific to that sector'.
