Operative words
The Court amends its Temporary Court Closure Order issued March 19, 2020, to authorize the resumption of specified additional proceedings in unlawful detainer. When the Court issued it Temporary Court Closure Order on March 19, 2020, post-judgment writs of possession had already been issued and served in fifty-five (55) specific unlawful detainer actions.... the Court is authorized to process documents, motions and the execution of all writs of possession that were issued by the Court as of March 18th, 2020.
