WHEREAS, on June 30, 2020, effective July 1, 2020, the County Public Health Officer [ordered]... six feet from other people who are not from your household in both indoor and outdoor spaces...; WHEREAS,... O-21218 (Jul. 14, 2020) enacting a temporary amendment to the San Diego Municipal Code to [allow outdoor business operations]... Section 1. That the following temporary amendments are made to the San Diego Municipal Code: (A) Sidewalk Cafes... Section 3. That the recitals above are incorporated herein. [This Ordinance is effective upon] its passage, and is effective one additional year until after July 13, 2022.
