Operative words

All people 10 years or older must wear a cloth face covering over their nose and mouth when in a public place where it is difficult to keep six feet away from other people... Within three (3) days from the issuance of this second addendum, employers that are Exempted Businesses must provide face coverings and training for appropriate use to employees who are working in an area or activity which will necessarily involve close contact or proximity to co-workers or the public.

Notes

City index: 'Amended order regarding face coverings, occupancy and golf courses (Effective 4/20)'. GA-18 (April 27, 2020) barred local penalties for individuals' failure to wear face coverings.
