Operative words

That the local state of disaster and public health emergency declared for the City of San Antonio remains in place until otherwise withdrawn or rescinded... By this Declaration, I declare the adoption of Executive Order GA-26 issued by Governor Greg Abbott dated June 3, 2020, and any subsequent orders by the Governor relating to the expanded opening of Texas... This Declaration shall be effective until 11:59 PM on June 11, 2020, unless extended by City Council.
